Don't Rule Tebow Out Just Yet
Only hours away from the start of the 2011 NFL Draft, the talk about whom the Broncos will pick 2nd overall is becoming a hotter issue by the minute. Unlike many recent reports that suggested that Denver will likely choose a QB rather than fulfilling there defensive needs, ESPN has just released a report that claims that Denver will use most of their early picks for defensive players. While drafting a QB has not been ruled out, Tim Tebow, who was drafted last year at the end of the 1st round, has been praised by the Broncos organization. VP John Elway says, “He's one of those guys who -- if he comes out and is the player we hope he can be -- then we're in pretty darn good shape. He's a great ambassador for us as a team.” Coach John Fox also mentioned that Tebow is “the player that everybody wants on their team.” Of course all this means nothing before the draft, ‘cause we all know how crazy of a draft the Broncos can have.
