Tebow Under Fire/Training Camp Reports

After all the nasty comments directed towards second-year quarterback Tim Tebow, he released this statement that suggested that he is expecting all the criticism. “I don’t feel like anything was taken away from me and I don’t want anything given. I want to work for anything I get, that’s for sure. And I’ve always been like that,” Tebow mentioned.
Over the first week of camp, the potential starter has seen his rep count decrease as Kyle Orton has simply been outperforming him on all levels. Also, his second-team rep count was cut in half as it is now shared with Brady Quinn. Head coach John Fox mentioned that, “Brady deserves an opportunity and we are going to see what we have.”
In other news, rookie running back Mario Fannin injured his right knee and needed to be carted off the field. Linebacker D.J. Williams, still suffering from a hamstring injury, have been limited in practice and has only participated in walk-throughs.  Offensive guard Eric Olsen hyper-extended his elbow but was able to return to practice the same day.
