Lylod Gets a New Job

Prior to the beginning of last season, the hope for a stand-out wide-receiver was essentially slim to none. The Broncos had just traded away their franchise receiver, Brandon Marshall, to the Miami Dolphins, and were forced to recuperate with a less-talented receiver core. Out-of-the-blue came the eight-year-veteran, Brandon Llyod, who went on to electrify the entire league. Llyod led the league in receiving yards last year, and was picked as a representative of the Broncos in the All-Star game.
Now that there is a lockout in play, Llyod, like most players, has to make the best of his time. While he ensures that his performance last year on the field will not let up this year, Llyod has taken yet another uncharacteristic approach to his time by “getting a sales job with a Colorado company that supplies specialty metals for the aerospace industry.” Besides this unusual job, Llyod is also reliving his dreams of making rap music in which he is cutting demos in the studio.
One thing is for sure, Llyod is definitely making the most of his time.
